JUDITH A. HETHERINGTON
Managing Partner / Co-founder
Judith brings over two decades of varied and extensive experience to EBM. Early in her career, she was a Certified Special Needs Educator specializing in Individual Education Plans and multi-modal communication systems. She then went on to become a Registered Professional Counselor, workshop leader and integrative goals specialist in Vancouver, Canada. Since relocating to Los Angeles in 2010, Judith has been VP of operations with Song Bird Holdings Ltd. and sat on the board of directors of a non-profit. For the last several years she has also run a business as a private coach and consultant, helping entertainment professionals navigate challenges, accomplish their goals and manage their creative projects. In addition to her many skills, Judith is also an artist and performer and with her considerable business, coaching and consulting experience she is a driving force behind Entertainment Business Management.
HARRY ROBERT BRUNER
Managing Partner / Co-founder
Harry brings over 35 years of business and entertainment experience to EBM. He was the founder and CEO of Song Bird Music for over twenty-five years with stores in Toronto and Ottawa, Canada and is President of Song Bird Holdings, a real-estate holdings company. Harry relocated to Vancouver in the 90’s where he became VP of development at Holiday Pictures Ltd. and began a successful career in film and TV as an actor, screenwriter and director. Harry’s passion for film, along with his interest in psychology, led him to become a registered professional counselor, a performance workshop facilitator and co-leader of the Mastery for Performers seminars for ten years. After moving to Los Angeles in 2010 to further his film/tv career, he formed Quasi-Films, a film and TV development company and Bruner Consulting—offering seminars, consulting and private coaching. Harry brings a wealth of entertainment and business experience to EBM.

Working with celebrity talent for over ten years in the entertainment Industry, Tad Hamilton began his own Public Relations firm with the idea of creating innovative celebrity PR campaigns, while expanding into Film, Event and Production PR.
After joining forces with Jennifer Salinas, Mosaic Public Relations opened its doors in 2008 and has grown into a highly respected PR firm with a roster of impressive award winning celebrity talent in Film and Television including clients on such award winning TV shows as: Glee, Lost, True Blood, Dexter, Weeds, Entourage, Heroes, Community, Scandal, Treme, Men Of A Certain Age, The West Wing, Ray Donovan, Parenthood, Archer, The Office And Stranger Things.

Barbara Deutsch is the creator of the Barbara Deutsch Approach, a unique teaching and coaching concept for people in the film and television industry. As a successful career coach, Barbara knows about dreams: the rewards of their pursuit, and the sorrows of feeling stuck. Bringing over 25 years of experience to the table, she works with those in front of the camera and behind the scenes acting as a Personal Champion and consultant.
Formerly an Epic Records recording artist and Broadway and off Broadway theatre actress and singer. Natalia Bortolotti (aka Natalie Elaine Bortolotti, NEBULUS, SAWNIC, MOXEE) is a 2X Grammy® Nominated, Multi-Platinum Songwriter, Composer, Music Producer, Audio Engineer and Sound Designer.
